Town sees cemetery as key to downtown revival
No, no pun intended with that headline. A town council in the Cincinnati area is taking over a cemetery from a local church. Some folks, including the mayor, are opposed, because the church is not giving any money for maintenance, but Councilman Ryan Zech, chairman of the parks and playground committee, said: "From our perspective, I think we see this as a way to kick-start any revitalization of our downtown, our business district and our residential areas also."
